Build the service around adoption.

A prototype is a beginning. Someone still has to fit it into the real process, teach the team, and maintain it when the process changes.

The problem worth solving

A company may have promising experiments but no consistent owner for turning them into operating routines. Tools alone do not answer who uses the output, who checks it, or who fixes it.

What the offer could be

A focused implementation and maintenance service for one workflow. The engagement includes process mapping, a pilot, team training, documented review points, and periodic quality checks. Scope the responsibilities clearly.

A first pilot

Work with one company and one accountable operating leader. Agree on the workflow’s baseline, success criteria, data access, and ongoing support. Measure whether people actually use the result without adding hidden work elsewhere.

The business angle

The recurring service would be justified by ongoing operating work: updating sources, reviewing exceptions, and maintaining connections. A subscription needs a recurring outcome, not a recurring promise.

The useful question

Make it testable.

Does the workflow still get used after the launch meeting?
